Captain Terms

In relation to your access of the Platform to provide the Services, you covenant and agree to the following: • You confirm that you are 18 years of age for registration/creation of an account • You are not restricted by any legal, regulatory, judicial, or quasi-judicial authority to access the Platform • You will provide the Services solely as permitted and in accordance with these T&Cs and applicable laws • You authorize Rydub, directly or through third parties, to collect information about you to validate your identity, including police verification and background checks • You will provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information • You have at least 2 years of driving experience • No proceedings are pending against you, nor have you been convicted of driving under the influence or any cognizable offence in the past 3 years • You have cleared and have no pending challans applicable to your Vehicle prior to integration with the Platform

• You will not reject Service Requests from customers, except under exceptional circumstances as deemed acceptable by Rydub • You will refrain from doing anything capable of damaging the Company's reputation • You will not authorize others to use your Account or your Vehicle • You will not consume alcohol, drugs, or be under the influence of any illegal substances prior to or during the provision of Services. Rydub has a zero-tolerance policy. • You will not be permitted to operate on the Platform for more than 12 hours on a calendar day • You must take a mandatory break of 10 hours before subsequent login into the Platform • You must mandatorily undergo an induction training program of 30 hours before onboarding • You will not be allowed to operate without undergoing a complete medical examination including eye check-up through a medical institution prescribed by the Company • You will not carry any weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosive devices, or dangerous substances

• The Company has the discretion to charge fees from the Captain as updated on the Platform from time to time, subject to applicable taxes • The Company charges a convenience fee from the customers for facilitating the Services through the Platform • For all Indian states excluding Karnataka, the Captain authorizes the Company to collect the service/travel fee ("Fare") from customers on behalf of Captains • For the state of Karnataka and PAN India for Rapido Parcel Services, Captain will collect the ride fare directly from customers • If the Fare is collected in cash by the Captain, the convenience fee component due to Rydub will be adjusted against amounts due to be settled with the Captain

The Captain hereby represents, warrants, and covenants the following: • They have the requisite authority to drive the Vehicle with no restrictions • They hold all rights, licenses, and permits required under applicable laws • They are in compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and all other applicable laws • They hold and will maintain updated/renewed licenses, insurance, and permits for the Vehicle • They will not drive rashly, will follow all traffic regulations, and will not consume any intoxicants while on duty • They will provide Services in a courteous and professional manner • They will maintain appropriate dress, appearance, and hygiene standards • They will not seek any extra monetary compensation from customers by way of tips or otherwise • They will not allow more than 1 (one) pillion rider on Bikes • Their total earnings for any given financial year do not exceed INR 20,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs) • They will promptly inform the Company if total earnings are expected to exceed INR 20,00,000 in a financial year

Independent Contractor: The Captain will operate as, and have the status of, an independent contractor. The relationship between the Company and the Captain is on a principal-to-principal basis. The Company and the Captain are independent legal entities, and nothing in these T&Cs will be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, an association of persons, agency (disclosed or undisclosed), franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the Company and the Captain. The Captain will not have any right to conclude any contract for and/or on behalf of the Company or bind the Company in any manner.

The Company is entitled to terminate these T&Cs at all times and with immediate effect for any one or more of the following reasons: • Any violation or breach of any term of these T&Cs • If the Captain, in the opinion of the Company, misuses the Platform • If the Captain is non-compliant with requirements under applicable laws • Failure to verify or authenticate Captain information • Fraudulent conduct, customer complaints, misconduct, or negligence • Misbehaviour or rude behaviour with staff, customers, or any associated persons • Commission of any criminal offence punishable under law • Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while providing Services — Rydub has a zero-tolerance policy • Commission of fraud, misappropriation, or embezzlement Rydub or Captain may also terminate these T&Cs by providing 7 days' written notice to the other party.

The Company is not liable to the Captain for any condition, suitability, quality, merchantability, and fitness for any purposes in respect of the Platform or the Services provided through the Platform. To the extent permissible under applicable laws, the Company is not liable for any civil, criminal, tortious, or any other liability that may accrue as a consequence of the Captain's breach of applicable laws, terms of applicable licenses and permits, these T&Cs, or the duty of care owed to users of the Platform. IN NO EVENT WILL RYDUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RYDUB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF INR 1000/-.
