IV. How & When We Disclose Information
We do not sell, share, rent or trade your information, other than as disclosed within this Policy.
Third-Party Service Providers (TPSPs): We may share information with TPSPs who facilitate our Services — such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, anti-fraud measures, background checks, customer support, and geo-location services. These TPSPs are contractually obligated to maintain the same level of data protection.
Co-Branded Services: Certain aspects of the Services may be provided in association with third parties. If you register for these services, your information may be shared with identified third parties, subject to their privacy policies.
Legal Compliance: We may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose your information to government or law enforcement officials as necessary to satisfy applicable laws, protect safety, detect fraud, prevent illegal activity, or comply with legal processes.

Affiliates: We may share your information with our parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates for internal business and operational purposes.
V. Location Data
Rydub collects location data to provide and improve our Services:
For Customers: We collect precise or approximate location data from your device if you enable us to do so. Location is collected from the time a Service is requested until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground. Even if you have not enabled location collection, we collect the Captain's location during a trip and link it with your account to generate receipts and provide customer support.
For Captains: Location data is collected only when the Captain has activated the "On-Duty" icon on the Rydub App. This data enables customers to track the Captain's proximity for pick-up and ensures customer safety by sharing the Captain's exact location.
Location data is used for pick-up optimization, safety features, fraud prevention and detection, and service improvement.
VI. Security
The Information we collect is securely stored within our databases. We use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls, and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your Information.
However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that Information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or wireless communication. Any Information you transmit to us, you do so at your own risk.
We recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the Information you submit to us. If your Personal Information changes, you may correct or update it through our member information page or by contacting us.
We retain your Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. After account termination, we retain some information for up to 180 days to resolve disputes, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.

We do not knowingly solicit or collect Information from children under the age of 18 years. Use of the Rydub App is only available for persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under Applicable Laws.
